Done: - Printer flyers, flyered the floor - invited folks (25 RSVP's so far) - found musicians/VJ's/DJ's ToDo: - Drinks - Beer/liquor - Soda, juice - Food/Snacks - need to decide and get stuff. - Games - video games? - board games? - chill out space - couches? - Chairs? - Projectors - setup in space - make sure we can hook VJ up to it. - Sanatize space - buy Drop-Cloths - setup tables/chairs - Tape/signs (to tape off hallway to for security) - Door/Lobby Duty List - Interactives - Get game system to play (wii? PS3?) - Get cool things/projects to show off from members - (if time) print some party favors crap - Other ideas?
