- Printer flyers, flyered the floor
- invited folks (25 RSVP's so far)
- found musicians/VJ's/DJ's
ToDo:
- Drinks
  - Steph done: 1 bottle each scotch, vodka, rum. Will pick up 2 cases of beer. Beer/liquor
  - 2 liters Mt Dew, 2Liters Coke, 2 OJ, 1 big Apple Juice, 1 big Cran/something juice. 2 2ltr Seltzer
  - ice, cooler
- Food/Snacks
- Chips and Salsa
- Plates/Napkins
- Sweets/chocolates
- Games

  - setup in space
  - make sure we can hook VJ up to it.

  - Get game system to play (wii? PS3?)
  - Get cool things/projects to show off from members
