- Printer flyers, flyered the floor
- invited folks (25 RSVP's so far)
- found musicians/VJ's/DJ's
ToDo:
- Drinks
  - "Steph done:" 1 bottle each scotch, vodka, rum. Will pick up 2 cases of beer. Beer/liquor
  - Soda, juice
  - ice, cooler
- Food/Snacks
  - need to decide and get stuff.
- Games
  - video games?

  - chill out space

  - setup in space
  - make sure we can hook VJ up to it.
- Sanatize space
  - 'Steph:' I have some .5 mil plastic, will bring. Don't know how much we need. buy Drop-Cloths

  - Tape/signs (to tape off hallway to for security)
  - Door/Lobby Duty List
- Interactives
  - Get game system to play (wii? PS3?)
  - Get cool things/projects to show off from members
