| To get some money to run a logo contest for templates and guidelines for using the Hive Logo.

| We would like to spend up to $150 of Hive76 General Funds to buy gift cards for prizes in a logo(s) contest. The contest would be open to anyone, and anyone could submit designs and ideas for a templates using the Hive76 logo. At a minimum we would want a web template, and business-card template, a sticker template, and a shirt template. They should have logo, URL, and the name Hive76 where it fits into the design well.

| At the end of the contest, the members would vote on the best 2 design groups. The best would get $100 gift card to sparkfun or thinkgeek. The runner up would get $50 to sparkfun or thinkgeek.

| The contest would run for about a month, ending around the end of March, so we have time to make and order logo'd thing for HOPE.

| To encourage folks to pay membership *on time* and in full, we'd like to add a $5 fine for late membership payments.

| Membership dues are due by the 5th of each month for all members. Core Members and Basic Members that have not paid by the 10th of the month will automatically get charged an extra $5 late fee.
