DRAFT, not adopted by Hive76 as official Hackerspace Management will be elected by a 2/3 or greater vote of all Core and Basic members. Lite members vote will be officially recorded but not used to tally the winner (they must write LITE MEMBER on their ballots). We will use Instant Runoff Voting for our voting, since it rocks.
